How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
To track your order:
- Locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email
- Enter your tracking number in the tracking box below (if added to your store theme), or
- Contact us directly and we will provide your latest order status
Didn’t Receive Tracking Information?
If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order:
- Please check your spam or junk folder
- If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will assist you promptly
Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after shipment.
If your tracking number is not updating:
- It may still be in transit or awaiting carrier scan
- Please allow a short delay for the system to update
